Single user - access for a single named person in a patient-facing role, or in a Medicines Information department, e.g. pharmacist, nurse, doctor (£70 (£50*) + VAT).
Single area - access for all people working in a single geographic location, e.g. a single ward or department (not appropriate for Medicines Management Teams in primary/intermediate care - these groups please click here ). When the single area is a Medicines Information department or a Pharmacy dispensary, the emergency duty pharmacist may also access the website out-of-hours (£70 (£50*) + VAT).
Up to five areas - access for anyone working in up to five separate geographical locations all based within one postcode area, e.g. three wards and two departments within a single hospital (medical admissions, stroke ward, critical care ward, pharmacy dispensary, Medicines Information) - Please note that the dispensary and Medicines Information are counted as two separate areas. When one of the areas is either a Medicines Information department of a Pharmacy dispensary, the emergency duty pharmacist may also access the website out-of-hours, and all clinical pharmacists may access the website whilst working on their wards (but passwords may not be shared with ward staff except on those wards which have been designated as one of the five areas) (£240 (£180*) + VAT).
Full hospital access - full access for all staff working in the hospital whilst working on-site. Price dependent on bed numbers.
