Extemporaneous formulations

All products should be made to contemporary standards of extemporaneous preparation. It has been assumed that the products in the following section will be prepared under Section 10 of the Medicines Act 1968, and therefore the expiry dates have been limited to 28 days where appropriate. Units which have a Manufacturing Authorisation - Specials (MS) may be able to prepare these products with longer expiries after consideration of the original papers.
