I think my subscription has expired

If your password has stopped working, or you think that your subscription has expired, check the paperwork we sent you at the start of your subscription - this will include your subscription expiry date. We will also have sent you email reminders and a postal reminder during the three months prior to the end of your subscription (NB - please check that your email address that we have for you is still active).

At the end of your subscription, if we have not received confirmation of resubscription payment, your access will be suspended. If you believe that payment has been made, contact your Finance department for remittance advice on the payment, and send it to NEWT.Guidelines@wales.nhs.uk. Please note that electronic payments usually take three days to clear, and give us at least two weeks following the date of payment to provide your access details. If you have not heard from us two weeks after the date of payment, please get in touch.
