The login box just keeps re-appearing
This would usually indicate that you are putting in an incorrect password. Ensure that both your username and password are entered entirely in lowercase. The other common reason for this is that your subscription has expired - see “
My password isn't working” below.
Something else / strange is happening
Please screenshot the screen you see immediately after entering your user details, and send the image to
newt.guidelines@wales.nhs.uk, along with any other information you think is relevant. It is often helpful for us to know what internet browser (including version number) you are using.
