I've been cut off. Can you re-instate my access?
If your account has been suspended because we have not received your payment (and please note, payments frequently arrive without sufficient information to identify them), we will not be able to re-instate access until payment has been received.
If payment has been made, please contact your Finance department for remittance advice on the payment, and send it to NEWT.Guidelines@wales.nhs.uk. Please note that electronic payments usually take three days to clear, and give us at least two weeks following the date of payment to provide your access details. If you have not heard from us two weeks after the date of payment, please get in touch.
